Norilsk Violations Found

The Prosecutor General’s Office found violations while probing the Norilsk Nickel shareholders meeting held June 28, RIA-Novosti reported Friday, citing an unidentified spokesman.

The spokesman denied an earlier statement by Norilsk that prosecutors found no legal violations, the report said. United Company RusAl lost board seats in Norilsk and asked the state to check for  violations during shareholder voting.
