Luigi Magni is the chef who is in charge of creative and tasty dishes. Luigi's Italian background, together with his experience from working and living in Japan, makes the food he invents irresistible from the first time you see them on the menu till you taste them. We were very lucky to run in to the chef himself (we promise, it was not arranged) during our last visit and we could ask for his personal recommendations. The chef's advice was tacos with crab, soft cheese raviolone with black truffle and halibut with green buckwheat. We have not regretted our choice as the taste and texture combinations of our orders made us more than happy. If you are a foodie, Pinch's menu will not make it easy for you to decide what to order, so many options will appeal you! And the best thing is that you can buy Pinch's sourdough bread home to prolong your great food experience.
Exactly as Luigi's two other restaurants Uilliams and Ugolek, Pinch is almost always full of people. It is therefore recommended to book ahead. Pinch is perfect for lunch and dinner and we've heard (but need to check this out) that their breakfasts are very nice too. Another advantage is that Pinch opens early for breakfast which is not always the case in Moscow.
