Deputy Ministers Stay

ST. PETERSBURG — Deputy ministers can remain on company boards but not chair them, presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich told reporters. Deputy prime ministers and ministers have to leave the boards of major companies by Oct. 1, he said. Dvorkovich said the withdrawal of deputy ministers from company boards was "not envisioned." "They just can't chair boards of directors," he said.
