Cosmonauts Take Spacewalk

Two cosmonauts on Tuesday completed a nearly 7-hour spacewalk to replace a video camera and improve cable connections to the orbiting laboratory’s newest module.

No significant difficulties were reported during the spacewalk by Fyodor Yurchikhin and Mikhail Korniyenko, which was directed by Russian Mission Control.

The two replaced a camera used in monitoring docking of Automatic Transfer Vehicles, supply ships sent by the European Space Agency.
