According to the Criminal Investigation Department, the confiscated weapons included five grenade launchers, four automatic rifles, 100 rifles, 1,188 pistols, 167 hand grenades, 265 bombs and more than 16,000 cartridges.
"The arms included one army flamethrower, the first one to have ever been confiscated in Moscow,'' the report quoted the department's press service as saying.
