Khodorkovsky Tells Russians to Vote

Jailed former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky has called on Russians to vote in upcoming elections, Vedomosti reported on Wednesday.

"Go to the polls and vote  as your conscience tells you to," he said in an article.

Khodorkovsky called Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's decision to run for president a step backwards and the end of the modernization promised by Medvedev.
