Nuclear Plant Tours Offered

Ordinary people may get the chance to inspect safety at Russia's nuclear power stations, Rosatom chief Sergei Kiriyenko said, offering assurances about the safety of nuclear power following the accident at Japan's Fukushima plant.

Kiriyenko said Sunday that ordinary people and journalists would be invited to observe tests at the country's nuclear power plants, Interfax reported.
