An agreement to cancel short-term visas between Russia and Chile came into effect Tuesday, allowing tourists to freely travel between the countries for up to 90 days.
The agreement does not cover traveling for work or business purposes. Visas are also required for stays longer than 90 days, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said.
