Inter RAO UES will have to sell 2,500 megawatts of its capacity to buy a stake of more than 25 percent in the Volzhskaya Generation Company, the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service said on its web site Tuesday.
Inter RAO says it has power plants with a total installed capacity of 18,000 megawatts.
