The Kremlin is extending its visiting hours for tourists during the summer by 90 minutes daily.
The Kremlin grounds will be open to tourists from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Thursdays from May 15 to Sept. 30, Interfax reported Friday, citing the Federal Guard Service, which is in charge of security at the Kremlin.
Visitors will be permitted to enter the Kremlin grounds until 5 p.m., said a spokesman for the Federal Guard Service.
Currently, the territory of the Kremlin and its museums are open daily, except Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tours of the Kremlin's armory museum will not change. Visitors can buy tickets to go on tours at 10 a.m., noon, 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Ticket prices to the museum range from 350-700 rubles ($11-$23).
