Motorists in Tatarstan on Wednesday captured video of what appears to be two new secret armored cars under development in Russia, newspaper Rossiiskaya Gazeta reported. The vehicles are named Viking and Punisher, or Antigradient.
According to Rossiiskaya Gazeta, the Punisher is based on the chassis of the KAMAZ-4911, and its armor can protect troops inside the vehicle from automatic rifle bullets. The armored car is surrounded by cameras, giving the men inside a 360 degree view of their surroundings in bad weather and at night.
