Parnas Pamphlet Held Up

A spokeswoman for the liberal Parnas party said Monday that traffic police seized a car in the Moscow region carrying 20,000 copies of a brochure criticizing Vladimir Putin, Interfax reported.

The vehicle was stopped by police as it was leaving a warehouse, party spokeswoman Olga Shorina said. After document checks were conducted by police, the driver was released with the brochures, she said.
