Mitsubishi will unveil its all-electric i-MiEV car in Russia in April, the company’s distributor said Monday.
Actual marketing will depend on the vehicle’s performance in the Russian climate and on its roads. The vehicle’s success will also call for the development of a network of recharging stations and passage of legislation.
The current import tariff on the car stands at 20 percent because it is considered an electrical product.
