BEIJING — Chinese State Councilor Meng Jiangzhu and Internal Minster Rashid Nurgaliyev agreed to step up cooperation between the two countries’ law enforcement agencies, Xinhua news agency reported.
Meng and Nurgaliyev met in Beijing on Friday and signed minutes of their talks and a cooperation agreement for 2011 and 2012, the official Chinese news agency reported.
