NICOSIA, Cyprus -- Immigration officials in Moscow have refused 21 Iranians entry into the country and sent them back to Iran, the official Iranian news agency reported.
IRNA said Wednesday night the 21 were part of a group of 35 Iranians who it said had valid Russian visas issued by the embassy in Tehran. The remaining 14 Iranians were allowed in.
