Police said he was arrested Wednesday at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport after he abandoned his car and hitched a ride to the airport.
Police said Scott fired two shots at Jerry Durand, who was driving alongside him. Durand's car then hit Scott's car. Scott said he began shooting because he feared for his life.
