Speaking hours after the Senate approved its version of the bill, the Georgia Republican said he and Senate Majority Leader Robert Dole are ready to negotiate with Clinton and predicted the two sides will reach an agreement.
"I do believe that, in the end, he will sign it. We may have to modify it very marginally," Gingrich told more than 100 constituents at a town hall meeting in this affluent Atlanta suburb.
