Located in the very heart of the city, on
Lubyanka, just a short walk from the Kremlin,
Cabinet Lounge offers what might be called
upscale coworking. In the same building as
the popular restaurant Mandarin Combustible,
across from the new St. Regis hotel, the
inside of Cabinet Lounge looks more like a
gentleman’s club rather than your run-of-the-mill
coworking space, complete with parquet
floors and bar stands. And it is priced accordingly:
a one-day visit is 3,500 rubles ($62).

Coworking in a landmark
DI Telegraph, located in the landmark
Central Telegraph building on Tverskaya,
offers coworking services to cutting-edge IT
companies and startups. There are regular
conferences and cultural events in the halls
next door. Prices start from 800 rubles ($14)
per day and 7,600 rubles per month, which
includes IT support, access to printers, plus
unlimited tea, coffee, and water.

Hip Coworking Option
Start Hub is located at Flacon Art and Design
Center, a former glassworks plant that has
now been turned into a hipster’s paradise,
overflowing with design studios, cool boutiques
and bars. At Flacon, there are plenty of
options to eat or attend a lecture or a workshop
at one of the creative spaces.
For those looking for workspace, Start Hub
offers five rooms with white brick walls and
wooden furniture: two of these are for meetings,
two for work and one for leisure (it even
comes with hammocks and table games).
There is also a conference hall for lectures
about startups, as well as a fully equipped
kitchen and printers/scanners.
The prices start from 400 rubles ($7) per
day. If you need to buy access for a whole
month, it will cost you 6,000 rubles.
Rabochaya Stantsiya
Coworking in a park
Rabochaya Stantsiya or Workstation is
located in the middle of Gorky Park, about a
10-minute walk from the Leninsky Prospekt
metro station.
Apart from water, coffee and tea, one of
the bonuses is the panoramic views of the
Neskuchny Garden and a large summer
terrace—you can watch the squirrels play
while you work. The space itself features a
spacious work hall with wide wooden tables
and plenty of skylights in the ceiling that
provide natural light. Open around the clock,
Workstation has showers, lockers and a
kitchen space.
Prices start from 750 rubles ($13.5) per day
and from 13,000 a month. Lockers and meeting
rooms might be extra, depending on the
plan.
