One Pussy Riot Rocker Walks Free

The Moscow City Court overturned Pussy Riot band member Yekaterina Samutsevich's two-year sentence on Wednesday, freeing her in the courtroom.

Samutsevich's two-year jail term was replaced with a suspended sentence.

The court upheld its verdicts for Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina, the two other band members sentenced to prison terms for a February performance denouncing authorities in Moscow's Christ the Savior Cathedral.
