Boeing 737 Engine Error

A Boeing 737 jet carrying 58 passengers made an emergency landing at the Krasnoyarsk airport Tuesday after one of its engines malfunctioned during takeoff. No one was injured.

The pilots on the plane operated by Taimyr Air reported shortly after their 2:45 p.m. takeoff for the flight to Krasnodar that a generator in one of the engines had failed, Interfax reported.
