The Moscow construction watchdog has uncovered 1,298 construction code violations at the Moskva-City business center this year, as of Friday, the agency announced in a statement.
Poor workmanship led to 777 of the violations. The agency wrote 127 citations demanding 1.19 million rubles ($42,000) in fines payable to the city budget for the violations.
