CHISINAU, Moldova — Moldova’s Constitutional Court on Friday ordered a recount in the country’s inconclusive national election after the Communist Party complained of “massive irregularities.”
After the ruling, authorities said they would recount all the ballots from the Nov. 28 election.
The Communists claimed that some people voted more than once and that errors occurred in the counting. International and domestic observers have called the election fair and free.
