China and India’s foreign ministers support Russia’s joining the World Trade Organization in 2011, according to a joint statement after the meeting of the three countries’ ministers Monday.
Global economic recovery is still “weak and unbalanced,” the ministers said in the statement posted on China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs web site today. The three countries said they will promote cooperation in energy and high-tech and urge resumption of the six-party talks.
