Uralkali, the country’s second-largest potash producer, said Thursday that it was unaware of any talks to sell a stake in the company after Vedomosti reported Rio Tinto Group was seeking to buy 10 to 15 percent.
“Uralkali has no knowledge of any talks on the possible sale of any stake,” it said in a statement.
