Radja finished with 18 points Monday night and Dominique Wilkins had 34, including 24 in the first half. Scott Skiles had 24 points with 11 assists and nine rebounds for Washington, and Gheorge Muresan's 19 points was one basket short of his career high.
The Bullets -- already without forwards Chris Webber and Don MacLean -- were also missing center Kevin Duckworth, who received treatment for an Achilles injury Monday and will be sidelined for a week to 10 days.
Suns 119, Bucks 102. Danny Manning hit three straight baskets early in the fourth quarter, helping the Suns hold onto a comfortable lead throughout the period in handing Milwaukee its third straight loss.
The Suns improved to 25-7 and tied their club record for the best start in franchise history, first set in 1992-93.
Wayman Tisdale had 24 points, Manning had 22 and Charles Barkley had 16 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists. Milwaukee's Vin Baker had 24 points and 14 rebounds, and Glenn Robinson contributed 16 points.
Jazz 106, Mavericks 90. Karl Malone scored 32 points and Jeff Hornacek had 17 of his 21 in the third quarter when Utah decisively pulled away, outscoring Dallas 31-18 and turning a 51-45 halftime lead into an 82-63 advantage. Dallas got no closer than 10 points in the final period.
Jamal Mashburn led Dallas with 28 points. Jason Kidd added 17, but the Mavericks dropped below .500 at 14-15. John Stockton scored 20 points, 18 in the first half, and had 14 assists.
Trail Blazers 129, Lakers 83. Clyde Drexler, in his first home game since he went public with his request to be traded, made six of seven 3-pointers and scored 31 points as Portland handed Los Angeles its most lopsided loss ever.
Drexler missed his first 3-pointer, then made six in a row. He scored 16 points in the third quarter when Portland turned an 11-point lead into a blowout that emphatically ended the Lakers' five-game winning streak.
Clifford Robinson added 23 points, while Rod Strickland added 14 points and a season-high 16 assists. Tony Smith scored 17 and Eddie Jones 15 for Los Angeles.
The worst previous loss in the history of the Lakers was a 130-88 beating in 1990, also at Portland.
A Message from The Moscow Times:
Dear readers,
We are facing unprecedented challenges. Russia's Prosecutor General's Office has designated The Moscow Times as an "undesirable" organization, criminalizing our work and putting our staff at risk of prosecution. This follows our earlier unjust labeling as a "foreign agent."
These actions are direct attempts to silence independent journalism in Russia. The authorities claim our work "discredits the decisions of the Russian leadership." We see things differently: we strive to provide accurate, unbiased reporting on Russia.
We, the journalists of The Moscow Times, refuse to be silenced. But to continue our work, we need your help.
Your support, no matter how small, makes a world of difference. If you can, please support us monthly starting from just $2. It's quick to set up, and every contribution makes a significant impact.
By supporting The Moscow Times, you're defending open, independent journalism in the face of repression. Thank you for standing with us.
