Ecuador will extradite a Kaliningrad resident wanted in Russia on murder charges, Interfax reported Thursday, citing the Kaliningrad regional prosecutor’s office.
The suspect, identified only by his last name, Vasilyev, is wanted in connection with a criminal case that was opened in September 2003 into a murder in the Kaliningrad regional town of Svetlogorsk.
