Transaero Adds Routes

MOSCOW -- Russian independent airline Transaero will launch two new scheduled flights July 1, offering service to Tashkent in Uzbekistan and Minsk in Belarus, the airline announced Wednesday. Leonid Kligerman, Transaero's advertising and public relations director, said that the company will use Boeing 737 and 757 jets on the new routes. Transaero currently leases five Boeing jets that are used on routes to Sochi, Nizhnevartovsk, Kiev, Riga, Norilsk, Novosibirsk and Almaty.
