Reds Sign Jack Morris

CINCINNATI () -- The Cincinnati Reds, who already have a pair of Sanders on the roster -- center fielder Deion and right fielder Reggie -- now have two Morrises, also unrelated. After re-signing first baseman Hal Morris earlier this month, the Reds on Thursday signed pitcher Jack Morris, 39, to a 1-year contract. Terms were not disclosed.

After 18 years in the American League, it will be Morris' first venture into the National League. The five-time All-Star spent most of his career with Detroit, a year with Minnesota, two with Toronto and one with Cleveland.
