Protocol to Standardize

MOSCOW () -- Russia and the World Bank on Thursday signed a protocol on completing talks for standardizing Russian and world measures, Interfax reported.


The project, a prerequisite for Russia joining the World Trade Organization, includes a $24 million credit for certifying imports and exports, Hasso Molineus of the World Bank's Moscow office said, according to Interfax.
