Pipeline Proposed

SOFIA () -- Bulgaria and Greece say they will seek a tripartite meeting with Russia to decide on a project for the construction of an oil pipeline from Russia to the Aegean Sea over Bulgarian territory.


Greek Foreign Minister Karolos Papoulias said Friday he would discuss a tripartite meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev during a Black Sea Economic Zone meeting on April 16 in Athens.
