Missing Journalist Calls Home

A noted Russian TV journalist who was reported missing in the Crimea four days ago has turned up safe and sound, local police said Monday.


Vladimir Mukusevis alive and unharmed, said police spokeswoman Maya Zalogina. Itar-Tass reported that Mukusev had called his wife Tatyana on Sunday to say he was all right.


Mukusev had traveled to Simferopol to get documents implicating ex-Ukraine President Leonid Kravchuk in undermining pro-Russian authorities.
