Militants Pledge War

PARIS () -- Moslem militants fighting the army-installed government in Algeria said Friday that "the war with France has become a legal right," and they threatened to strike at French territory "in coming days."

"The Algerian nation is directly at war with France and all who aid the dictatorship" in Algeria, said the newsletter El-Feth El-Moubine, printed by the Islamic Salvation Army. It promised "to answer the injustices blow-for-blow by avenging the believers."

The statement came four days after French commandos stormed a hijacked French jetliner and killed all four Moslem militants who commandeered the plane.
