n PARIS -- Three-time Tour de France winner Greg LeMond will take part in this year's event starting next Saturday despite his current poor form, team director Roger Legeay said. "You just can't ignore his record," said Legeay, who at one stage had considered leaving LeMond out of his Gan team. American LeMond, 33, who pulled out of last year's race due to ill health, worried his fans by retiring from the Dauphine Libere race earlier this month.
