SOFIA, Bulgaria -- World high jump record holder Stefka Kostadinova, who is married to her coach, Nikolai Petrov, is expecting a baby and has pulled out of competition. "I had a medical check last week and it appeared I was eight weeks pregnant," the Bulgarian athlete, 29, said by telephone from her home town of Plovdiv on Thursday. Kostadinova is the only woman high jumper in the world with more than 100 jumps over 200 centimeters.
