Maxim Stulov / Vedomosti

Extensive road repairs are set to begin in Moscow on April 8, the Moscow City Hall's website reported Thursday.

The roadwork will start at 86 locations on the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), with other main highways to follow.

City Hall estimates that 13 million square meters of asphalt will be upgraded. All renovations will be carried out at night, and are scheduled to finish by May 1, the City Hall website reported.
