MOSCOW -- The Russian government has officially applied to the Japanese Eximbank for a $140 million loan to update AZLK factory in Moscow, Russia's third biggest car producer, Interfax reported.
The loan, if approved, will be used to purchase engine-making and car-painting machinery from the Japanese trading company Mitsui & Co. An employee at Mitsui's Moscow office said preliminary discussions had been held and he expected the loan to be approved
