A Mansion for Fergie

LONDON ) -- The Duchess of York won't be going homeless in the new year after all.


The former Sarah Ferguson and her two daughters, Princess Beatrice, 6, and Princess Eugenie, 4, have found an eight-bedroom mansion in Surrey that is worth ?1 million ($1.6 million), according to Press Association.


The rent is reported to be ?1,500 per month, but Press Association said Friday that the duchess, who is separated from her husband Prince Andrew, apparently will still look for a place to buy. The duchess must vacate the house she now rents by the end of January.
