Kazakhstan Delays Pipeline Feasibility Study

Kazakhstan will delay a feasibility study for a gas pipeline along the Caspian coast to Russia until next year while the link’s capacity is determined, Daniyar Berlibayev, managing director of KazMunaiGaz National, said Wednesday.

Kazakhstan’s section of the Caspian Pipeline may carry from 10 billion to as much as 40 billion cubic meters of gas a year, Berlibayev said.
