Putin, Medvedev Sticking to Rubles

The ruble may have shed 10 percent of its value in two months, but President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin are clinging onto their rubles in favor of the U.S. dollar. Both leaders say their savings are in the national currency and that they aren’t afraid of its decline.
