Restoranny Sindikat, the company behind such well-respected restaurants as Nabi, Zolotoi and Bistrot, has opened two new eateries. Those who can appreciate a motto as simple as "I Love Meat" should find the new Beefbar right up their alley. Beefbar is an international chain with restaurants in Monaco, Barcelona, Nice and now Moscow. As the name would suggest, the two-story restaurant is all about meat, which is sourced from around the world's top meat-producing regions. Of course, such an international selection doesn't come cheap -- fillet of Australian kobe beef will set you back 800 rubles per 100 grams.
In parallel with the opening of Beefbar, Restoranny Sindikat is also opening its most democratic eatery to date -- Family Floor. Making way for the new restaurant is the company's seafood restaurant Fish, which has given up its location for the new restaurant and will be reopening in a new site later this year. Family Floor, as the name would suggest, is a family restaurant with a nostalgic feel. The menu features a mix of Russian/Soviet, Caucasus and European dishes. The average bill should come in at under 2,000 rubles.

Asian seafood restaurant Market has a new chef with a new menu. Chinese head chef Zhan Zhin (pictured, right) has introduced a new menu featuring dishes as prepared in the ancient city of Yangzhou, adapted to suit local tastes. Dishes include salmon prepared in a wok with vegetables in chili sauce (680 rubles), Yangzhou-style pan-fried scallops with leek sauce (1,300 rubles) and Chilean sea bass prepared in a wok with shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots in "Chu Hou" sauce (1,750 rubles).
