Pobeda, Russia's only budget airline and a subsidiary of Russia's flagship carrier Aeroflot, is planning to launch flights to Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic, according to documents published on the Federal Air Transport Agency's website Tuesday.
If Pobeda receives permission to operate the Moscow-Karlovy Vary route, the airline will run seven flights per week to the Czech city, according to the website.
Pobeda, which was founded in 2014, received the right to operate to international destinations last year. In December, the company launched flights to the European cities of Bratislava and Vienna.
In February, Pobeda will begin flights to the German city of Cologne, the TASS news agency reported last month, citing company spokeswoman Yelena Selivanova.
