Another McDonald's Closed by Russian Watchdog

Russia's food safety watchdog said Monday that it had ordered the temporary closure of a McDonald's restaurant in the southern Stavropol region over sanitary violations.

The regulator, Rospotrebnadzor, said violations had been unveiled during an inspection of the eatery. Last week the state agency closed three McDonald's restaurants in Moscow and unveiled sweeping checks at its eateries around the country.
