Putin and Merkel Discuss Ongoing Crisis in Ukraine in Phone Call

Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel discussed the Ukraine crisis during a phone call on Wednesday, the Kremlin said in a statement.

They also praised the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mission monitors at the Russia-Ukraine border, the Kremlin said.
