Miss Russia in Rehab

NEW YORK — A former Miss Russia has been thrown back in a New York City jail after getting tossed from court-ordered rehabilitation in a drug case.

Anna Malova was held without bail at least until next week. Authorities said Monday she had caused trouble in rehab.

Malova has been charged with repeatedly forging prescriptions to get painkillers. She had been on track to get the charges dismissed if she successfully completed drug treatment.

But she could be tried if a judge ultimately determines that she has failed at rehab.
