Regional Legal Majors Merge

Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners and Magisters jointly announced Tuesday that CIS-based law firm Magisters will merge with Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners, a leading firm on the Russian legal market, making the new entity the largest in the CIS with a strong international outreach. The firm will continue to act under the name Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners.

Following the merger, the firm will exceed 300 lawyers, with 27 partners, and expand its presence to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Minsk and Astana, with associate offices in London and Washington.
