Air Show Deals Detailed

SuperJet International, a joint venture between Finmeccanica's Alenia Aeronautica and Sukhoi Holding, got a contract for 12 Sukhoi SuperJet 100 aircraft, valued at $370 million from Italy's Blue Panorama Airlines, according to a statement Wednesday.

The first batch of four Sukhoi Su-30MK2 fighter jets has been delivered to Vietnam, the head of the Rosoboronexport delegation to the Paris Air Show, Sergei Kornev, said Wednesday.

The second Ilyushin Il-76MF transport aircraft will be handed over to Jordan "at the end of June," Kornev added, confirming that the delivery of both Il-76MFs was seriously delayed.

Russia is to supply 21 Mil Mi-17 helicopters to Afghanistan in 2011-12, to a total of $350 million under a contract with the U.S. Department of Defense, Kornev also said.

Venezuela will build a plant to repair Russian-made helicopters. "We have shipped all aircraft ordered to Venezuela. … The next stage of cooperation is the construction of a plant for overhaul of Mi-35, Mi-17 and Mi-26 helicopters," Kornev said.
