How many times these things happened to you… When you ask for a coke in the flight all you get is a glass of coke filled with ice. Or for that matter, the airlines regularly invent new ways to charge you with additional fees.
The advertising campaign of JetBlue airlines, an American budget airlines, clearly showcases these events including limited leg space in economy class, checked-in baggage fee, Coke, etc. Right to the point and surely that's the reason the airlines is rated 4* by skytrax and awarded for highest customer satisfaction.
Thats a good call for all other airlines who advocate these rules to take note and amend their policies.
