A man found dead near railroad tracks in central Moscow over the weekend was the third secretary at the Kuwaiti Embassy in Moscow, the Investigative Committee said.
Alokaab Saleh Muhammed, 30, died of suspected heart failure, but a probe into the death was continuing. No documents were found on the body, explaining the delay in identification.
The secretary went missing after leaving a restaurant on Arbat in a Porsche 911 Carrera S at 1 a.m. Sunday, Interfax said. The car, worth more than $100,000, is missing.
