MOSCOW () -- The ruble lost four points against the dollar Friday during trading on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, closing at 2,112 per dollar.
Net trading volume was $40.7 million, with initial supply of $114.3 million and initial demand for $155.65 million. Thirty-seven banks participated in the trading.
The Deutsche mark also gained against the ruble, rising 16 points to close at 1,339.
