LONDON -- After Manchester United, it was Chelsea, Everton and Nottingham Forest.
The day after Division 2 York had knocked mighty Manchester United out of the League Cup, division one Stoke did the same to Chelsea, Millwall hit back from 2-0 down to upset FA Cup holder Everton at Goodison Park and division two Bradford scored a last-minute equalizer to oust Nottingham Forest.
Canadian striker Paul Peschisolido netted the winner for Stoke at Stamford Bridge 15 minutes from the end. The two teams were tied 0-0 after the first leg and Peschisolido's strike was the only goal of the game. An Andy Hinchcliffe penalty and a goal from Graeme Stuart gave Everton a 2-0 lead at Goodison after 55 minutes before the Lions hit back. Scott Taylor netted in the 63rd minute and Alex Rae's penalty in the 66th sent the game into extra time with the two teams level on aggregate.
Taylor added another in the 110th minute and Savage made it for 4-2 for the visitor in the final minute of extra time to oust the FA Cup holder.
At the City Ground, Forest went into the game 3-2 down from the first leg and Ian Ormondroyd's late strike for Bradford earned his team a 2-2 tie and a place in the next round.
England leftback Stuart Pearce scored first for Forest after 18 minutes to level the scores, but Paul Showler regained the overall lead for Bradford in the 62nd.
Forest went ahead again on the night when Italian striker Andrea Silenzi scored his first for the club with a low, diving header. But Ormondroyd silenced the home fans with a header a minute from the end.

In Amsterdam, European champions Ajax Amsterdam made it eight wins in eight league matches, all without conceding a goal, when it beat Vitesse Arnhem 3-0 in the Dutch first division Wednesday.
Patrick Kluivert, who scored the goal which gave Ajax a 1-0 win over AC Milan in last May's European Cup final, netted the first in the 23rd minute following a corner from Marc Overmars.
Overmars set up the second for Edgar Davids eight minutes into the second half and a superb solo effort by Ronald de Boer in the 71st minute clinched the 3-0 victory.
Ajax, with a maximum 24 points from eight matches and a goal difference of 30-0, moved five points clear of second-placed PSV Eindhoven, who were held 1-1 at Roda JC Kerkrade.
